When your system has been installed by one of our certified technicians and a device is tripped. (Smoke detector, glassbreak, window or door contact, etc...) A signal is sent to the control panel. The control panel automatically calls our UL Certified, 24 hour central station. The trained professionals at our central station are waiting and ready to handle the call when it comes in. Depending on the type of devise tripped, the police, fire and or ambulance is sent.
