How Monitoring
Works
1.  Your alarm sends a
signal, because a specific
device or sensor has been
interrupted or tripped.

2.  At this point the control
panel receives the signal
and your system seizes
your telephone line and
sends a signal over that
telephone line to your AAC
Security Systems
Monitoring Center.

3.  This signal is received
via computer where a
monitoring associate may
call your home to
determine if the alarm was
accidentally set off or to
determine the type of
assistance needed.
